Spinach Enchiladas

Oh yes we did! Steamed spinach, sautéed onions, and cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla responsible for “happy plates” all around…Will be served with side salad and rice.



Sunday, May 18th

$10--Spinach enchiladas + 2 sides and drink

 *Desserts of the week--2 mini cheesecakes or banana pudding square for $3
