VS Update and Veggie Fajitas

So things got a little hectic there for a while, but as usual thank you all so much for your continued support and patience. We've relocated as most of you know and with this new kitchen, the deliciousness will continue.  Due to our moving situation we had to cancel on the fajitas, but no worries, we're going to end the month of May with them. So get your taste buds ready because you're in for a treat!

This coming Memorial Day weekend we will be opened for business, so "veg" it up with us on Sunday before your meat-fest on Monday.

Red, Yellow, Orange, and Green peppers oh my! Who knew a rainbow could taste so delicious. This is a great meal and a pepper lover’s delight. Served with enchilada rice and mini oven roasted corn on cob.
