. As always thank you for supporting Veggie Soul Sundays, we appreciate adventurous eaters. Burritos were just on the menu, but for the month of May we're sticking with a "Mexican Food " theme, blame it on Cinco de Mayo. This week we will be introducing our Veggie Fajitas, you also have Quesadillas to look forward to and we'll be bringing back the ever so popular Spinach Enchiladas.
As many of you already know, Veggie Soul Sundays is relocating, so once everything is finalized and we have signed on the dotted line we will forward you the new address.
If you know of anyone who would like to try a meal, please feel free to spread the word and thank you so much to those who already have. Also we have created a flyer to expand business, so if you have a location at your church, dance class, book club etc. that you would like to post one, let us know.

Red, Yellow, Orange, and Green peppers oh my! Who knew a rainbow could taste so delicious. This is a great meal and a pepper lover’s delight. Served with enchilada rice and mini oven roasted corn on cob.
