VS Update & Enchiladas

Veggie Soul Sunday was successful on two fronts this weekend, first of all the calzones were a hit!  We had the opportunity to witness about five of them disappear (make that 4 1/2, SOMEBODY had to save some for later).  We received a text message and I quote "Walking through the mall to walk this food off...I'm as full as a tick"  that's a compliment right?!  We also received thumbs up on the home made crust, sauce, and the cheese cake was in the winners circle once again.

In addition to the good food, we also had some great dialogues and some much needed feedback.  We've become a favorite spot on Sunday and  you want some of your favorite meals more often.  Since the salmon burgers top the charts, the 1st Sunday of every month come get your burger on...it's official.  (As always there will be a veggie alternative available).  The spinach enchiladas will close out each month so on 4th Sunday you have them to look forward to.  And even though this is 5th Sunday we're going to go ahead and close out this month with them.  We're also giving you the choice to try our "Veggie Enchiladas".  We're going to be rotating and adding some of the other meals on the 2nd, 3rd and occasional 5th Sunday until further notice so stay tuned.  We value your input and interest and we appreciate each and every one of you.
