Once again we would like to thank you all for supporting Veggie Soul
Sundays. The whole climate of our household changes during prep time
and we all put our game faces on. Well actually my boys either play Wii
or find a movie on Netflix, but this time it was a true labor of love
on my husband's part filling and rolling TWO of the four trays of
spinach enchiladas we prepared for you. Way to go babe you're a REAL
trooper.
In the near future you may see some things on the menu that
you've never heard of before, I challenge you to try it at least once
and I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised. Feel free to tell your
friends about us we'd love to serve them too.
