Veggie Lasagna

This delicious blend of vegetables, home made sauce, and cheese will make you forget that there is any other way to eat lasagna! "Meatless” on a fulfilling mission! Served with a small house salad, individual portion of green beans, dinner roll and drink.

    Congratulations on your launch of Veggie Soul. Although I did not have the lasagna I had the pleasure of enjoying the stuffed mushrooms. OMG!!! Amazing flavor & so satisfying. Complimented by the salad with homemade ranch dressing. You definitely know your way around the kitchen! I am so very proud of you my big sister. You are amazing!!! Congratulations once again looking forward to next weeks Spinach Enchiladas... those are finger biting good!!!!
